Sierra RichardsonResearch Assistant
Location: Southern Regional Center – Newberry, FL
Sierra Richardson is a Research Assistant in the Bioassay Laboratory at the Southern Regional Center and has been with NCASI since December 2020. Her interests include water quality, micro and macro biology, and environmental sustainability with the urban environment. Sierra has worked with the University of Florida on soil nutrient leaching and stream nutrient studies, and a water treatment company as a lead water quality analyst. Her personal goal is to deepen her foreign language skills to better communicate and collaborate with researchers across the world. She is currently working with NCASI on Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) testing.
