CC-12-022: Proposal to Make Revisions to the Primary and Secondary National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) for Particulate Matter (PM10 and PM2.5)

In the June 29, 2012, Federal Register, EPA proposed revisions to the current primary and secondary NAAQS for PM2.5 and PM10, along with corresponding revisions to the ambient data handling conventions for PM and ambient air monitoring, reporting, and network design requirements. EPA also proposed to revise the prevention of significant deterioration (PSD) permitting program to reflect the proposed NAAQS revisions. This proposal will be of general interest to all companies and of particular interest to those companies planning projects that may require a PSD permit in the future.
