Technical Bulletin No. 0490: Papers Presented at the American Geophysical Union Meeting on Cumulative Effects

At the 1985 Fall Meeting of the American Geophysical Union, a special session dealing with cumulative effects was organized. Understanding and modeling of cumulative effects resulting from multiple forest operations in a single or connected watersheds is an important issue for both state and federal agencies. Further, state regulations to avoid potential cumulative effects could influence forest management practices on private lands.
