Scope 3 Greenhouse Gas Screening Tool
This tool estimates the majority of Scope 3 emissions for a forest products company by focusing on Scope 3 Categories that typically have the greatest potential effect in our industry.
Learn MoreSince 2002, NCASI has developed and maintained a suite of calculation tools that can be used to estimate greenhouse gas emissions and/or carbon associated with the manufacturing of forest products. Most of these tools are publicly available; however, some are available to NCASI Members only. Two of these tools–the GHG Calculation Tools for Pulp & Paper Mills and the GHG Calculation Tools for Wood Products Facilities–have been reviewed by the World Resources Institute (WRI) and are available as tools associated with the WRI/WBCSD Greenhouse Gas Protocol.
Questions regarding these tools should be directed to Kirsten Vice.
